Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Leverage existing relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions and drive sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with doctors, stockists, and chemists.
Organize and participate in CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend business strategies.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail and distributor points.
Submit daily/weekly reports, sales data, and territory feedback to management.
Adhere to ethical marketing practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or related field
(preferred).
2-5 years of experience
as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong existing network of doctors, chemists, and distributors.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
