Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Implement marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Provide timely feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, promotional events, and product presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy, Science, or related field
(preferred).
0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships with doctors and healthcare staff.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
