Qualifications:

B. Pharm / B.SC.

6months -3 Years Field(sales) experience, preferably in pharma or Ophthalmic companies.

Job description:

Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly / Yearly for Volume, growth & productivity. Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes & activities i.e. maintaining adequate inventories at the distributor level, the timely placing of distributor orders, and timely payment follow up Ensure that daily doctors, chemists, and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management. Daily retail audit and updating data for developing profiled customer list of the territory. Developing KOLs Doctors, customer conversions for expanding MS and revenues. Daily reporting THROUGH CBO ERP Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
