We are looking for ambitious and energetic

Business Development Executives

with a background in pharmaceutical sales or marketing. The ideal candidate will transition from

Medical Representative roles

to building

new business opportunities

for our organization's services.

You should have a keen interest in client engagement, relationship building, and pitching solutions to pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities:



Visiting

pharmaceutical client corporate offices

and healthcare organizations Penetrating potential clients to

build relationships

and schedule meetings Developing

business proposals and sales pitches

Researching

new business opportunities and revenue streams

Facilitating the

entire business development process

: lead generation, client meetings, presentation building, negotiation, and closing deals Keeping abreast of

pharma industry trends and updates

Developing growth strategies and plans Attending conferences, meetings, and pharma industry events to expand networks Managing and retaining relationships with

existing clients


Key Skills / Requirements:



Upto

3 years experience

as Medical Representative / Pharma Sales Executive Strong

pharmaceutical knowledge

and understanding of healthcare industry terminology Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

Ability to

develop presentations and business proposals

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive Proficient in

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strategic thinking in sales and the ability to multitask Fluent in

English (verbal and written)


Qualifications:



B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

in pharmaceutical or related fields Female candidates preferred for this role

Work Schedule:



Day shift, Monday to Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturday

50% office, 50% field work
