Job Title: Medical Representative

The Medical Representative (MR) will be responsible for promoting and selling Ayurvedic medicines to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. The role involves building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards of Ayurvedic healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Ayurvedic medicines and healthcare products to doctors, vaidyas, hospitals, and pharmacies Educate healthcare professionals about product benefits, composition, dosage, and indications Regularly visit assigned territories and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Organize and participate in medical camps, product launches, seminars, and health awareness programs Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales reports, and inventory status Ensure compliance with company policies and Ayurvedic medicine regulations Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, BAMS preferred) Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and formulations is an advantage Freshers or candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurveda sales may apply
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and presentation abilities Basic understanding of human health and Ayurveda principles Sales and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Experience

0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic product sales (preferred) Freshers with relevant educational background and interest in Ayurveda are welcome
