Job Description

We are looking for MR-Medical representative for our Herbal Healthcare Company. The candidate should have a pleasing personality, should be well versed in the English & local language(s) and should have good communication skills.Role and Responsibility:

• Generate leads - Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company's product and generate sales in private as well as government sector
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Maintain excellent relationship with client
• Get Customer feedback and document it
• To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products
• Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company.
• Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• New Business development, existing client retention and upselling existing and upcoming product and services. Ensuring payments from the existing clients.
• Maintain daily report of all the visits and calls made to the clients

Other Requirements:

• Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language
• Good time management, strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple lead requirements in one go
• Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills
• Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
• Should be ethical and trustworthy
• Flexible in Travelling extensively as & when required

Min. Experience - 3 Years and must be aware of the Tricity area.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
