Position: Business Development Manager (Medicine Representative) Experience: Min 3 years experience in Pharma marketing Must Have: Pharma background. (Role and responsibilities): \xc3\x98 The person is a core marketing person involved in the penetration of franchise model in assigned areas \xc3\x98 Sales & Marketing Experience - Min 3 years \xc3\x98 Good Communication skill and willing to travel \xc3\x98 Lead generating, Cold calling, following up the prospect and close of Franchises \xc3\x98 Completing agreement and payment formalities with Company \xc3\x98 Helping/Guiding in pre-opening & post-opening formalities, and sales development activities of the franchise as per the guidelines of the company to boost the sale of 5 lakh per month per franchise \xc3\x98 Meeting clients and doctors as per schedule to promote the operation model, products & making good relations with them to generate the prescriptions \xc3\x98 Guiding franchise for selection of shop location, branding, inauguration, etc. \xc3\x98 Regularly visiting franchise stores and conducting their monthly/quarterly meetings. Pharmacist finalization and training at the nearest shop. \xc3\x98 Guide in software installation, billing, invitation card & shop decoration. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
