Job description: We are looking for a persuasive hospital representative to promote and sell company services to doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals. The doctor relationship representative\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include persuading potential patients to opt for company services , identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant hospitals with patient feedback. You should also be able to attend company meetings and training sessions. To be successful as a hospital representative, you should be able to demonstrate excellent patient service skills and build rapport with potential doctors . Ultimately, an outstanding Hospital Representative should be able to continually meet or exceed the company sales targets. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Selling the company services to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. \xe2\x97\x8f Scheduling appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals to promote company services. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing an in-depth understanding of company services. \xe2\x97\x8f Building and maintaining good business relationships with doctors to encourage repeat patient referrals. \xe2\x97\x8f Following up on patient leads generated by the doctors. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing presentations for potential doctors. \xe2\x97\x8f Researching competitor\xe2\x80\x99s doctor referrals and their respective market performances. \xe2\x97\x8f Keeping abreast of new developments in the surgical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company. \xe2\x97\x8f business strategies. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor/ degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven medical sales experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \xe2\x97\x8f Valid driver licence. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong negotiation skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent organisational skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Effective communication skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional customer service skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Persuasive and resilient. \xe2\x97\x8f Viewing/analysing everyone as potential clients. \xe2\x97\x8f High on Confidence, not over-confident.
