Role Summary
You will be the face of our brand in the medical community, opening doors with diabetologists,
endocrinologists, physicians and nutritionists, driving prescriptions, ensuring pharmacy
conversions, and continuously capturing feedback from doctors, patients and chemists to grow
the franchise in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage doctors and clinics in the assigned territory. - Present product
science, clinical benefits and usage guidelines with confidence. - Ensure availability and
visibility of products at attached pharmacies. - Track prescriptions and verify if they are
converting into actual sales. - If not prescribing or not converting, understand reasons and
close the loop with follow-ups. - Collect structured feedback from doctors, patients and
pharmacies and share insights with the central team. - Achieve monthly targets for new doctors,
active prescribers and pharmacy billing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition or related field preferred, with 1-4 years of
experience as a Medical Representative in pharma or nutraceuticals (diabetes/cardio-metabolic
preferred). Must have strong communication in English and local language, premium grooming and
presence, high ownership mindset, disciplined follow-up and comfort using basic digital tools
for reporting.
Compensation & Incentives
