Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company's products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
Maintain proper records of daily calls, sales reports, and customer feedback.
Visit doctors, chemists, and stockists on a daily basis to promote products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Organize and conduct product detailing sessions with healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Ensure availability of products in the market through regular follow-ups with stockists and retailers.
Maintain daily call reports, doctor visit records, and stockist data.
Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Participate in promotional events, CMEs, and training programs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Medical Representative.
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in using mobile apps and CRM tools for reporting.
