Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practitioners to increase product awareness and market share.
Organize appointments, meetings, and presentations with medical professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Conduct market analysis and keep track of competitors' activities and new product launches.
Submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Requirements
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
