We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated

Medical Representative (Surgical)

to promote and sell surgical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the Alappuzha region.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and generate sales for surgical products in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, and distributors Conduct regular doctor calls and hospital visits Present product features, benefits, and usage effectively Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect market feedback and competitor activity details Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up Maintain daily call reports and sales records
Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided) Candidates with experience in surgical or pharma sales will have added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of medical or surgical products (training will be provided) Target-oriented and self-driven attitude Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
