Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring competitor activities in the industry by reading industry publications and attending industry events \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting to executive management on the performance of the sales team \xef\x82\xb7 Attending educational seminars to stay up to date on trends in the industry \xef\x82\xb7 Working with marketing staff to develop targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers \xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales force performance \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting training sessions for new hires to ensure that all employees have adequate knowledge about company products or services \xef\x82\xb7 Developing relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals who can influence prescribing decisions \xef\x82\xb7 Establishing goals for individual sales representatives to increase product awareness and promote brand loyalty among existing customers \xef\x82\xb7 Making regular calls to existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the product or service they are receiving Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues Knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Strong organisational and time management skills BS degree in relevant field Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
