. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, psychologists, therapists, medical assistants, and other allied healthcare staff across various US locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Monster), LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure qualifications, experience, and availability match job requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients across US hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure engagement and availability
Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment pipelines efficiently
Collaborate closely with the sales team and account managers to meet client expectations
Stay updated on US healthcare hiring trends, licensing requirements, and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
US Healthcare/Medical Recruitment
Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, certifications (RN, NP, LCSW, PsyD, MD, etc.), and US healthcare system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Experience with ATS and CRM tools preferred
Must be comfortable working
night shifts
(US timings)
Must be
physically present in the office (No remote work)
