Record Management: Ensure the efficient organization, storage, and management of all patient medical records, including both physical and digital records.

Compliance: Ensure that all medical recordkeeping practices comply with hospital policies as per NABH Standards.

Staff Supervision: Oversee a team of medical records clerks or technician, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring that records are maintained accurately and securely.

Record Retrieval: Facilitate the timely retrieval of patient records as needed by medical staff, administrative personnel, and other authorized individuals, maintaining strict confidentiality.
5.
Digital Medical Record System: To oversee the digital medical record system Software Docuphi for Scanning, Indexing, Quality check & retrieving of medical record into Digital form & coordinate with Docuphi technical support team for issue resolution in Docuphi system.
6.
Quality Control: Monitor the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records, performing regular audits and reviews to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
7.
Release of Information: Handle requests for medical records, ensuring that the release of patient information complies with legal and ethical guidelines, including obtaining proper patient consent.
