Job Description
Review & Analyze: Examine medical records (paper & electronic) for quality, accuracy, and completeness. Data Extraction: Extract relevant clinical data and reports according to guidelines. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory, and internal standards. Identify Issues: Flag missing documentation, inconsistencies, or potential errors. Reporting: Assist with audits, quality assurance, and generating reports. Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and teams to resolve issues. Confidentiality: Maintain strict security and confidentiality of patient info.
