Job Description

Record Management:

Organize, update, retrieve, and archive physical and digital patient files (EHR/EMR).

Data Integrity:

Verify accuracy, completeness, and legibility of all patient information, including diagnoses, treatments, and test results.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

Safeguard sensitive patient data, adhering strictly to privacy laws (like HIPAA) and hospital policies.

Coding & Billing Support:

Assign medical codes (ICD, CPT) for billing and statistical purposes.

Reporting & Auditing:

Prepare reports, statistics, and assist with internal audits, ensuring data quality.

Staff Training:

Educate clinical and administrative staff on proper documentation and EHR system usage.

Coordination:

Work with other departments (doctors, nurses, admin) to ensure timely information flow
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
