We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
Greet visitors/patients politely and assist them with inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Appointment & Patient Handling
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Guide patients regarding registration and billing procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for patient flow.
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor logs, patient entry records, and daily reports.
Handle general clerical duties (scanning, photocopying, filing).
Manage courier, mail, and document handling.
Communication & Coordination
Provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and staff for seamless operations.
Escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Customer Service
Ensure high-quality customer service with a positive attitude.
Handle patient concerns politely and ensure proper resolutions.
