Receptionist Responsibilities in an Ayurveda Hospital:
1. Patient Reception & Greeting - Welcome patients and visitors politely, and guide them to the concerned doctor/department.
2. Appointment Management - Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for OPD and Panchakarma therapies.
3. Patient Registration - Collect and record patient details, prepare files, and maintain accurate records.
4. Front Desk Management - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding treatments, therapies, and hospital services.
5. Billing & Payments - Assist in billing for consultations, Panchakarma therapies, and medicines, and maintain payment records.
6. Coordination - Coordinate between patients, doctors, therapists, and pharmacy staff for smooth hospital operations.
7. Documentation - Maintain OPD/IPD registers, visitor records, and treatment logs as per hospital protocol.
8. Guidance to Patients - Provide information about Ayurveda treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and hospital facilities.
9. Maintain Clean & Professional Front Desk - Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
10. Confidentiality - Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient records and health information.
