We are looking for a friendly, soft-spoken, and patient-oriented Receptionist to manage our front desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be polite and empathetic, and create a warm and welcoming experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients courteously
Handle appointments, enquiries, and calls efficiently
Manage patient flow, floor coordination, and front desk operations
Address patient concerns with patience and professionalism
Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Soft-spoken, well-groomed, and patient-friendly attitude
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer knowledge
Prior receptionist experience preferred (healthcare preferred)
