Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage our front desk. The ideal candidate will greet patients, handle phone calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic systems.
Maintain patient records and assist with documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Handle billing, payments, and receipts.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles preferred.
Good communication and written skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, appointment systems).
Professional, polite, and patient-friendly attitude.
