To answer and direct incoming phone calls
To politely greet, direct and assist customers
To coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
To schedule appointments; rearrange the appointments as per the exigencies
To register patients in the system
To ensure internal matters are not openly discussed in the premises and instead should be escalated to the Centre / Floor Manager for resolution
To understand the package/prescription of referring Doctor and log in right tests
To correctly register clients without any errors
To seek clarifications regarding Tests
To ensure Cash Handling & Credit Billing
To ensure zero leakage of cash collection
To ensure Creation/Checking of Bills in case of credit parties
To be responsible for filing of Credit bills along with Credit letter
To be responsible for receipt of Cash / Credit Payment
Ensure every patient completes 3 appointments in a week (except in cases where prescribed otherwise)
Reducing Cancellations and No-Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow-up calls, sms', patient engagement
Greeting/ hospitality with patients; Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic
Share the Google Review link when the patient is in the clinic and politely get them to fill it
Approach happy patients (in-process/ discharged) to refer more patients
Ensuring the up-keep of the clinic (Cleanliness, basic hygiene); Housekeeping staff must be well- trained
