Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome with good communication skills)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized female receptionist who can be the face and voice of Kent Homeopathy Clinic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling walk-in patients, phone inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups--all while multitasking efficiently with a pleasant attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in patients with warmth and professionalism Handle all incoming phone calls with clarity and courtesy Schedule and reschedule appointments via phone and in-person Follow up with patients for ongoing or missed appointments Maintain patient records and appointment logs accurately Assist the doctor in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks Manage waiting area and ensure smooth patient flow Handle basic billing or token management if required Maintain a neat and tidy front desk and reception area
Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal communication skills Polite, courteous, and patient-centric approach Good phone etiquette and appointment-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, etc.) Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Dependable, punctual, and well-groomed appearance A calm and pleasant demeanor at all times
Preferred Qualifications:

12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream Prior experience in clinics/hospitals will be an added advantage
Working Hours:

Full-time (Timings to be discussed during interview)
