Job Description

Patient Interaction:

Greet visitors, answer phones, take messages, provide directions, and offer support.

Scheduling:

Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments; manage provider schedules and patient flow.

Administrative Support:

Update patient demographics, manage filing, maintain office supplies, and handle data entry.

Financial Tasks:

Verify insurance, collect copays/payments, and process billing information.

Record Management:

Maintain patient records, ensure confidentiality (HIPAA), and prepare charts.

Office Environment:

Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹8,872.45 - ₹18,401.42 per month

Work Location: In person
