Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and visitors:
Providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Answering phone calls:
Addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls.
Scheduling appointments:
Managing the appointment calendar, confirming appointments, and sending reminders.
Assisting patients with forms and paperwork:
Providing guidance and support for completing necessary documentation.
Maintaining records and accounts of patients
Coordinate with vendors for office needs and repairs.
Required Skills
