Job Description

We are looking for the position of

receptionist

at Veterinary Clinic

(Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon)

, & looking for an English-speaking person, who is proficient in communication and preferably with knowledge of computers. Additionally, since this is a veterinary clinic, the candidate should be comfortable around pets and not afraid of animals.

Key Responsibilities



Greeting patients and visitors:

Providing a welcoming and professional first impression.

Answering phone calls:

Addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls.

Scheduling appointments:

Managing the appointment calendar, confirming appointments, and sending reminders.

Assisting patients with forms and paperwork:

Providing guidance and support for completing necessary documentation. Maintaining records and accounts of patients Coordinate with vendors for office needs and repairs.

Required Skills



Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using computer and MS Office. Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in Receptionist or a similar role.
