We are looking for a

pleasant, well-groomed, and patient-friendly Female Receptionist

to join our growing

Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic

. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and comfortable interacting with patients seeking skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.

You will be the

first point of contact

for our patients and play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients politely and manage front-desk operations Handle appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups Manage patient registration and basic documentation Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries Explain basic treatment procedures, packages & offers (training provided) Maintain patient records and billing coordination Coordinate with doctor, therapist, and clinic staff Ensure reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
Requirements

Female candidate (clinic preference) Minimum

12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills

(Gujarati, Hindi & basic English) Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, clinic software preferred) Polite, confident, and patient-oriented personality Experience in

clinic / hospital / salon / aesthetic center

is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
