Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management: Manage patient registration, appointments, and queries.
2. Billing and Invoicing: Generate bills, manage payments, and handle insurance claims.
3. Insurance and TPA Coordination: Liaise with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporate clients for claim approvals and settlements.
4. Patient Counseling: Provide information on hospital services, billing, and insurance-related queries.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with hospital departments, insurance companies, and patients for smooth workflow.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Diploma or degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Prior experience in hospital reception, billing, or customer service.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Organizational: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Technical: Familiarity with hospital management software (HMS) and billing systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high patient satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
2. Billing Accuracy: Maintain accurate billing and invoicing processes.
3. Insurance Claim Settlement: Facilitate timely claim settlements with insurance providers and TPAs.
