Job Description

1. Communicating and coordinating with patient, Patients attender and the doctors.

2. Managing calls and customer queries.

3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve 10/10 satisfaction rate.

4. Error free billing (OP & IP) to be maintained.

5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

7. Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

8. Follow communication procedures, SOPs guidelines and policies.

9. To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.

10. Sending daily / weekly / monthly reports as specified by department head.

11. Meeting in Patients and orient them to the facilities in the hospitals and the rooms in particular.

12. Ensuring that the room is prepared before the patient moves in Bed Management.

13. Help patient and patient relatives go through a smooth discharge process.

14. Ensure complete co-ordination between all departments concerned in patient care.

15. Making Courtesy calls post discharge.

16. Maintain collections as per time line from insurance/corporate hospitals.
