Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Data Entry)
Responsibilities:
Front desk handling, greeting patients & customer support
Manage calls, appointments & schedule follow-ups
Maintain patient records & billing coordination
Handle inquiries, walk-ins, registration & basic admin tasks
Coordinate between doctor & patients for smooth workflow
Skills:
Professional, polite & presentable personality
Multitasking ability & good communication
Time management & customer-friendly behaviour.
