Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and patient-friendly Front Desk Executive / Medical Receptionist to manage day-to-day front office and operational coordination at our physiotherapy clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can handle multiple responsibilities with ease, and takes pride in maintaining smooth clinic operations while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk & Patient Experience

Greet patients and visitors warmly and act as the first point of contact. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist patients with queries and guide them through clinic procedures.

2. Clinic Operations & Administration

Register new patients and maintain accurate records for existing patients. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth patient flow. Manage incoming leads and follow-ups to support patient conversions. Coordinate referrals, prescriptions, and clinic documentation. Support internal communication and daily clinic coordination.

3. Payments & Basic Accounts Handling

Process payments via POS machines, GPay, Paytm, UPI, or cash. Maintain daily payment records and assist with basic reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting (physiotherapy experience is a plus). Background in front office, administration, or customer service. Comfortable using computers, MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and digital systems. Experience with clinic or practice management software is an advantage. Good spoken and written English; Hindi proficiency preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Professional appearance and a patient-first attitude.
