At Amazon, we are seeking an experienced Medical Quality Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure medical accuracy for our symptom assessment platform. You will manage a team of junior doctors, ensuring high-quality training data and maintaining clinical standards as we scale our product offerings to customers.
Key job responsibilities

• Lead quality control processes for medical annotation teams to maintain >95% accuracy rates
• Manage and develop a team of junior doctors in medical data annotation at scale
• Establish clinical validation protocols and review complex medical cases
• Conduct systematic review of AI model outputs against medical guidelines
• Design efficient annotation workflows that are HIPPA compliant
• Implement quality metrics and performance tracking systems
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on medical workflow optimization
• Lead medical review processes for complex diagnostic scenarios

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
