This step is crucial to ensure correct billing and client-specific reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review diagnostic reports and validate that the correct category and subcategory are selected (e.g., CT-Abdomen, Ultrasound-Transvaginal).
Match each report accurately with the associated client (hospital or diagnostic centre) using our in-house application.
Collaborate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure correct information flows for invoicing.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and flag discrepancies.
Complete report mapping tasks within stipulated timelines.
Maintain logs or documentation for cross-verification and audits.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in science (preferably with Biology specialization).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years; prior experience as a
Medical Editor
or
Medical Transcriptionist
is a bonus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with digital tools and data entry systems.
Sense of responsibility,
strict adherence to timelines
and ability to work independently with accuracy.
