This role is intended to lead sales activities for assigned accounts for medical polymers and medical devices. This role will also liaise with other functions and partners for order processing and expedition.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Manage medical polymers sales in IMEA region.
Identify new customers for Medical Polymers. Facilitate technical approval and get sales
Responsibility of maintaining local inventory of medical polymers as per forecast
Responsible for order forecasting, ordering as per inventory policies and ensuring stock as per customer forecast
Update control tower, forecast and inform stakeholders as required
Attend relevant exhibition representing Lubrizol
Coordinate with external partners such as manufacturing partners and distributors to support timely fulfilment
Monitor order to payment cycle for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Independently communicate with assigned customers regarding order status, overdue payments and forecast
Generate quotes as required for supporting sales team
Manage systems such as order flow, CRM, SAP and others
Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
Graduate degree, MBA preferred
5-8 years' experience in sales or sales support in similar organizations
Customer facing experience is a plus
Presentation skill, communication
