Summary:
We seek a recent postgraduate Medical Oncologist to join our clinical team at a leading healthcare institution. This role offers hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing solid tumors and hematologic malignancies under expert supervision. The ideal candidate will contribute to multidisciplinary care, implement evidence-based treatment plans, and grow within a research-informed, patient-centered oncology environment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and interpretation of imaging and lab results.

• Perform and interpret bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

• Monitor treatment response, manage side effects, and adjust care plans collaboratively.

• Participate in tumor board discussions for complex case planning.

• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records.

• Stay updated on oncology guidelines, trials, and emerging therapies.

• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment and supportive care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DM in Oncology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

• Foundational knowledge in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.

• Proficiency in TNM/Ann Arbor staging and staging workup interpretation.

• Experience in bone marrow biopsy performance and interpretation.

• Understanding of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy protocols.

• Familiarity with NCCN, ASCO, and other oncology guidelines.

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
