for the position of

Medical Officer

.

Role & Responsibilities:

Cashless Claim Management:

Review and process pre-authorization requests for cashless hospitalization, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Medical Scrutiny:

Analyze medical records and reports to validate claims and determine if further investigation is necessary.

Communication & Coordination:

Liaise effectively with hospitals, insurance companies, and patients to resolve queries, address discrepancies, and facilitate timely claim approvals.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all claim interactions for both cashless and reimbursement claims.

Compliance & Regulations:

Ensure strict adherence to relevant guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements governing health insurance claim processing.

Salary Range:

?35,000 - ?45,000 (per month, depending on experience and qualifications)
