Experience in claims processing (Preauthorization, Medical Adjudication, Billing)
Knowledge of GIPSA/MA packages, SOC, and tariff deviations
Ability to identify billing errors and inflation
Basic understanding of surgeries, advanced treatments, and procedure costs
