. This non-clinical role is ideal for candidates from backgrounds (BHMS, BAMS, or BSMS) who are interested in working in the health insurance/TPA industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Claim Assessment:

Review and evaluate submitted medical claims for accuracy and eligibility under policy terms.

Medical Validation:

Analyze medical documents and treatment details to ensure appropriateness and necessity.

Coordination:

Liaise with hospitals, internal departments, and insurance partners for clarifications and follow-ups.

Policy Compliance:

Ensure that claims are processed in alignment with IRDAI and insurer guidelines.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records and update claim decisions in internal systems.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

BHMS / BAMS / BSMS (mandatory)

Experience:

0-2 years (freshers with good medical knowledge can apply)

Skills:

Understanding of medical treatment protocols Basic computer and documentation skills Good communication skills in English Willingness to work in a non-clinical, desk-based role
