Job Description

Clinical Duties:

+ Diagnose and treat medical conditions across age groups.
+ Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
+ Refer patients to specialists or higher-level facilities when necessary.

Preventive and Public Health Services:

+ Participate in health awareness, immunization, and outreach programs.
+ Monitor and report communicable diseases in line with public health requirements.
+ Provide health education and counseling to patients and communities.

Administrative Duties:

+ Supervise paramedical and nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.
+ Maintain inventory of medical supplies, drugs, and equipment.
+ Ensure adherence to medical protocols and infection control policies.
+ Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or health programs.

Emergency Services:

+ Provide timely medical attention to emergency and trauma cases.
+ Be available for on-call duty as required.

Collaboration & Training:

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
