CTC: 15,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience)
Shift: 10 hours per day

As a Medical Officer at Refining Skills Academy, you will be at the forefront of patient careproviding expert diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up to ensure the well-being of each patient. Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver direct medical care, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and managing patient health progress to promote swift recovery.
• Emergency Intervention: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing critical care and ensuring patient safety in urgent situations.
• Collaborative Treatment Coordination: Work closely with specialists and healthcare professionals to provide seamless, coordinated care across medical teams.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct regular consultations, assess health changes, and offer patients clear guidance on treatments and follow-up care.
• Medical Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, enabling continuity of care and ensuring that all medical information is up-to-date.

What You Bring

• Education: BHMS or DHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years as a Medical Officer, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Skills: Excellent diagnostic abilities, emergency handling expertise, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
