Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

to join our clinical team and support patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical support during OPDs and assist senior doctors with fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI). Counsel patients and couples regarding IVF procedures and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical records: patient histories, follow-ups, admissions, and discharge summaries. Assist in sonography procedures, prescriptions, and pharmacy consultations under the guidance of senior doctors. Monitor quality protocols, ensure adherence to SOPs, and handle emergency responses when required. Guide nursing and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Coordinate with consultants, embryologists, and support teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

MBBS, BAMS, or equivalent medical degree with valid registration. Experience in fertility clinics, gynecology/obstetrics, or hospital OPD/IPD preferred. Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical documentation, and procedure assistance. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.
