Job Summary

The Duty Medical Officer at Siva Hospital is responsible for providing continuous medical care to patients, handling medical emergencies, and supporting senior doctors in patient management. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient safety, clinical care, and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate medical care to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency departments Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions under hospital protocols Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when required Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in coordination with consultants Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation Communicate clearly with patients, families, nursing staff, and specialists Assist in medical procedures, ward rounds, and patient admissions/discharges Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications

MBBS degree from a recognized medical college Registration with relevant Medical Council Internship completion certificate
Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies Teamwork and professional attitude
Work Schedule

Rotational shifts including night duties, weekends, and holidays as per hospital policy
Experience

Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of clinical experience can apply

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
