Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

MBBS from an Indian institute only (No foreign institutes or FMGE pass-outs).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience post-MBBS.

Language:

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Location:

Must reside within 5-6 km of the clinic or be willing to relocate.

Exams:

Should not be preparing for NEET this year (Candidates pursuing USMLE/PLAB can be considered).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

(Split Shifts):

Morning:

9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening:

4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Compensation:

Performance Bonus: (paid quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary care consultations and manage patient health concerns. Prescribe treatments, medications, and follow-up plans as per clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Educate patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle improvements.
