Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient assessments.

• Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, reproductive health issues, and pregnancy-related concerns.

• Perform routine screenings such as Pap smears, breast exams, and pelvic ultrasounds.

• Provide pre- and post-natal care, including counseling on family planning and reproductive health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Educate patients on preventive health measures, reproductive wellness, and treatment plans.

• Assist in the implementation of hospital protocols and quality improvement initiatives in gynecological care.

• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response as required.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree with a specialization or strong clinical exposure in Gynecology.

• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).

• Proficiency in gynecological examination techniques and common diagnostic procedures.

• Strong understanding of reproductive health, menstrual disorders, and prenatal care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure hospital environment.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Willingness to undergo training and supervision during the initial phase of employment.
