Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Duties
  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
  • Perform routine examinations, order laboratory tests, and interpret results.
  • Administer immunizations, vaccinations, and minor procedures as required.
  • Manage chronic conditions and provide follow-up care to patients.
  • Patient Care & Counseling
  • Deliver compassionate care while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on healthcare practices, hygiene, and medication adherence.
  • Healthcare Delivery & Coordination
  • Work with healthcare staff, nurses, and paramedics to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Support community health initiatives, health awareness drives, and medical camps.
  • Maintain proper records of patient history, clinical findings, and treatments provided.
  • Coordinate with senior doctors or specialists when advanced medical care is required.
  • Emergency & Preventive Care
  • Provide immediate medical attention in case of emergencies and stabilize patients.
  • Promote preventive healthcare through health check-ups, awareness sessions, and vaccinations.
  • Assist in managing public health programs such as maternal and child health initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to medical protocols, ethical standards, and hospital/clinic policies.
  • Keep updated with the latest medical practices, clinical guidelines, and healthcare policies.
  • Submit timely reports on patient care, treatment outcomes, and preventive programs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university (mandatory).
  • Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
  • Experience: 0-3 years (freshers with MBBS are welcome; prior experience in clinical practice or internships is a plus).
  • Core Skills Required:
  • Strong foundation in clinical diagnosis and patient management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare protocols and clinical procedures.
  • Ability to work in both individual and team-based healthcare environments.
