Job Description

Provide

primary medical care

and

first aid treatment

to employees, contractors, and visitors at the mine site. Assess, diagnose, and manage

workplace injuries, accidents, and sudden illnesses

. Conduct

emergency response

and stabilize patients until transfer to higher medical facilities, if required. Maintain

medical equipment

, ambulance coordination, and ensure readiness of

emergency response kits

. Perform

periodic health check-ups

and monitor

occupational illness symptoms

such as dust-related issues, dehydration, hearing loss, etc. Maintain

medical records

, incident logs, and ensure compliance with statutory medical guidelines under Mines Rules. Participate in

health awareness programs

(first aid training, hygiene, vector control, ergonomics). Support

HSE compliance

: fitness certificates, substance abuse checks, and reporting. Ensure

sanitation and preventive measures

in coordination with HSE and admin teams. Coordinate with local hospitals/ambulance services for

referrals and medical emergencies

. Assist in

mine rescue activities

and drills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
