Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in OPD, Ward, ICU, and Emergency Care settings.
Provide immediate and effective medical intervention during emergency cases, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and acute respiratory distress.
Perform and manage advanced airway procedures, including endotracheal intubation and ventilator management for critically ill patients.
Assist in and monitor central line insertions and maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Deliver comprehensive care in the Operating Theatre (OT), supporting surgical teams with pre-operative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-operative management.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent clinical situations.
Collaborate with senior medical staff to ensure continuity of care and uphold quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate or internship experience in clinical medicine, preferably in a hospital or multi-specialty healthcare setting.
Proven experience in ICU, OPD, Emergency Care, Ward, and OT environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in emergency resuscitation, intubation, and ventilator management.
Hands-on experience with central line insertion and management (e.g., PICC, CVC).
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and medical ethics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic clinical situations.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and shift rotations as required.
