Position: MBBS Doctor (Female)
Department: General Medicine - OPD & Inpatient Wards
Experience Required: 3-4 years (post internship)
Location: Damoh, Madhya Pradesh
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and manage OPD consultations in General Medicine.
Provide care for in-patient ward cases, including diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
Conduct thorough patient examinations and prepare case histories.
Manage routine medical cases and refer complicated cases to specialists when required.
Support consultants during procedures and medical management.
Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
Counsel patients and families regarding disease management, prevention, and lifestyle modification.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical teams for effective patient care.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid MCI/State Medical Council Registration.
Gender Preference: Female (Male candidates not considered).
Experience: 3-4 years of clinical experience (preferably in General Medicine).
Strong diagnostic ability and patient-management skills.
Good communication and empathetic approach to patient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹1,00,000 - ?1,20,000 per month (depending on experience).
