History taking and documentation, assessment of vitals. \xe2\x96\xaa Discussing patient\xe2\x80\x99s history and findings with treating consultant for formulation of a care plan. \xe2\x96\xaa Transcribing any medication or other orders given by the treating consultant into the medical record. \xe2\x96\xaa Clarifying any doubts, the patient/ family may have about treatment/ procedure/ processes at the hospital/ investigation results. \xe2\x96\xaa Liaison between patients and treating doctor or administrative staff for any patient queries. \xe2\x96\xaa Transcription of discharge summaries on treating consultant\xe2\x80\x99s directions. \xe2\x96\xaa Entering data and maintaining all documentation in hard & Soft copy for all possible records and documents (Scan Report/ Prescription/ Discharge card/ Investigations/ Referral letter / Sickness /Fitness/Medical certificate, etc.). \xe2\x96\xaa Transcribing ultrasound scan report of patients into the electronic system. \xe2\x96\xaa To work as patient care coordinator for centre. \xe2\x96\xaa Explaining all procedures to patient as well as all pre-procedure advices to be observed by the patients before procedure. \xe2\x96\xaa Educating couple about flow of patient on various visit \xe2\x96\xaa Explaining Medicine to Couple/Patient as per the prescription advised by the Sr. Consultant \xe2\x96\xaa Resolve patients\xe2\x80\x99 queries & brief them about various fertility solutions available. \xe2\x96\xaa Liaise with patients and other staff to ensure seamless centre operations. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, while maintaining the highest standards in patient care.
