Job Overview:
The Medical Officer will assist in the day-to-day coordination and clinical operations of
The Vein Center's Visiting Varicose Veins Program
in Kolhapur. The role involves supporting the visiting specialist during OPDs and procedures, coordinating with hospital staff and patients, ensuring smooth execution of treatment camps, and maintaining medical documentation and patient follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
OPD & Camp Coordination:
Assist in setting up and managing
varicose veins OPDs, screening camps, and consultation days
.
Clinical Assistance:
Support the visiting interventional radiologist during patient consultations, pre-procedure evaluations, and post-procedure care.
Patient Communication:
Explain procedures, post-operative care instructions, and follow-up schedules to patients and their relatives.
Liaison with Hospital Team:
Coordinate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and diagnostic teams to ensure seamless operations during VC visits.
Medical Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, procedure details, and daily reports.
Follow-up Management:
Track and ensure post-procedure follow-ups, wound care visits, and feedback collection.
Inventory Support:
Monitor and maintain basic consumables, patient files, and clinical materials as per VC protocols.
Coordination with Central Team:
Communicate daily updates, case status, and patient feedback with The Vein Center's Mumbai office.
Qualifications & Experience:
BAMS / BHMS
degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in hospital or clinical coordination.
Good clinical understanding and patient communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and medical documentation.
Fluency in
Marathi, Hindi, and English
.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in surgical or interventional setups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
