Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Officer to join our high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a premier healthcare institution. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and continuous monitoring.

• Perform advanced ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and mechanical ventilation management.

• Lead daily rounds, maintain accurate documentation in EMR, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

• Respond to emergencies including code blue events and lead resuscitation efforts.

• Interpret diagnostic data and apply evidence-based protocols to guide clinical decisions.

• Participate in morbidity and mortality reviews, quality audits, and staff mentoring.

• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree with valid NMC registration.

• 3+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in ICU or critical care.

• Proven experience managing sepsis, acute respiratory failure, multi-organ failure, and trauma.

• Expertise in invasive monitoring, ventilator management, and hemodynamic support.

• Strong decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and EMR proficiency.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
